When will I get my order?

We promise to dispatch all orders received by 2:00 PM the very same day (Mon-Fri). Your delivery window is confirmed at the basket, and again on your order confirmation.

If your order is required quickly, by a certain date, we recommend you upgrade to courier.

Can I track my order & do I need to sign for it?

Only courier & international deliveries are trackable.

For orders containing a canvas, or if you have upgraded to courier, you'll get a text and/or email from DPD confirming your order has been dispatched, your expected delivery date and options to reschedule.

On the morning of your delivery date, you will receive a text and/or email confirming your one hour delivery slot, as well as options to leave your parcel with a neighbour or safe place. This email will also give you a clickable link to track your parcel right to your door.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries around the world using a tracked postal service, for a flat price per order of £9.99. (ROI postcodes will cost £14.99). International services take up to 7-10 working days.

Is your website safe and which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Please be assured our website is completely secure and we are fully PCI compliant. We use a fully secure payment merchant to handle all payment transactions.

Why do I get an error message when I try to pay?

An error message usually means you have entered your card details incorrectly or your card is no longer valid. Common issues include your billing address not exactly matching the address for your payment card, or you have incorrectly entered the security code or expiry date.

Please check the details again or try a different payment card. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your bank.

How do I get my discount?

There is a discount box at the top right of the basket, for you to enter your discount code.

TILT is a trading style of Art & Photo Printing Ltd - so your statement will say 'Art & Photo Printing Ltd' for your transaction.

How do I discuss my order?

Our customer services team are available between 9:00 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday to assist you with any queries. Please click here to email us now, and we promise to come back to you within 2 hours within office hours. There is also a live chat facility available on the website.

Will my product be high quality?

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and all our products are produced by hand to order in our Southampton offices, under the strictest quality control checks. Thousands of artists from around the world trust is to reproduce their art to the highest standards.

Will my art look exactly like it does on my screen?

Our high resolution printers and inks reproduce our designs and incredible detail and vibrancy. However, due to the varying quality and settings on screens and monitors, minor colour variations are possible.

What is your return policy?

As our products are made to order, you will not be able to cancel or return your order once an order confirmation has been sent. However, in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you can return all orders under £100.00 within 7 days for a replacement. Please email us here with your order number and a photo of and specific details of the problem so our customer services team can resolve this for you.
